When services are rendered in our shop every customer computer is fully backed up and stored on our secure file server for 2 weeks to prevent catastrophic data loss. After backups are completed we test your hardware with O.E.M. and industry proven software or hardware diagnostic utilities. When using this process we are able to deliver a cause and effect diagnostic report to our customers. After the report is delivered a needs assessment is conducted with you to best determine an appropriate solution. This proven process has allowed us to provide a superior customer service experience to our customers.

Our home and office service calls are conducted as needed or requested. We believe in solutions that best fit your needs. Whether its a quick 10 minute phone call, 30 minutes at your home or 2 days of onsite repair. If our technician determines your needs can be better suited in house they will advise you to bring the computer in for repair. We take pride in looking out for your needs and keeping your repairs in a budget you can afford.

If using our remote access managed services our technicians can save you time, money and the inconvenience of taking time off work to disassemble your computer, pack it in your car and drive it to our repair center. This service also allows us to remotely access your system and manage small events before they become large issues.
